Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about eligibility, fees, payments, repayments and account security.

eligibility

How much can I borrow?
Eligible limits currently run from TZS 1,500,000 to TZS 100,000,000 depending on your assessed score, income and repayment history. Your personal limit is shown in your dashboard after you complete your profile.

application

What documents do I need?
You will need a valid National ID (NIN), proof of income (payslip, bank statement or business records) and your contact details. Additional documents may be requested during review.

fees

Is there a processing fee?
Yes. A processing fee of 20% applies once terms are issued and you choose to proceed. Paying the fee does not guarantee approval or disbursement — final decision always follows credit assessment.

application

How long does approval take?
Simple applications can be reviewed quickly, but many cases require manual verification of income and documents. You will see live status updates in your dashboard at every stage.

disbursement

When do I receive funds?
After final approval and (where required) fee verification, disbursement is initiated to your mobile money or bank account. You will receive the disbursement reference in your dashboard and by notification.

repayment

What if I repay late?
Late installments attract late fees per your loan agreement and may affect future eligibility. Contact support early if you anticipate difficulty — restructuring options may be available.
Can I repay early?
Yes. Early or extra repayment is allowed and reduces your outstanding balance. Your updated schedule and statement are available from your loan page.

How is my loan limit calculated?
We score income, employment stability, repayment history, debt burden and account history using weighted factors. Limits map to score tiers you can review in the product terms.
