Processing fee

A processing fee of 20% of the loan amount is charged when you accept terms. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm.

Important: payment of the processing fee does not guarantee loan approval or disbursement. Final approval follows credit assessment and verification.

Interest

Product interest rates (if any) are displayed on the product page and on your terms page before acceptance. Some products are fee-only with 0% interest.

Late fees

Late installments may attract fees as disclosed in your loan agreement and schedule.

No hidden charges

We do not deduct any charges that are not disclosed to you before you confirm an action.
