These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tanzania Loans website, customer portal and related services (the "Service").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Tanzania with a valid National ID (NIN) to open an account or submit a loan application.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Loan applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We may request additional information, decline an application, or approve an amount different from the amount requested.

4. Fees

A processing fee applies as disclosed before you accept terms. Payment of any fee does not guarantee approval or disbursement.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to provide false information, impersonate another person, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
